CBN砂轮动平衡及电主轴振动测量

【摘要】 将普通外圆磨床改造为无靠模数控凸轮轴磨床,重新设计了磨床的砂轮架部件,并以电主轴取代原来的砂轮主轴,安装CBN砂轮并进行砂轮动平衡实验,通过测量安装CBN砂轮的电主轴低转速下的振动信号,并分析实验结果,验证了采用三点式动平衡法进行CBN砂轮低转速动平衡的可行性。还验证了采用VT动平衡仪进行CBN砂轮高转速下动平衡的有效性,并根据实验结果分析了砂轮动平衡的效果、砂轮架部件的刚性和电主轴安装砂轮后的精度。

【Abstract】 In the article the CNC camshaft grinding machine was designed by reforming the cylindrical grinding machine, redesigning the grinding wheel shelf part, replacing the grinding spindle of the cylindrical grinder with the high-speed motorized spindle and using the CBN grinding wheel. CBN grinding wheel was dynamically balanced using the different methods. The vibration of the motorized spindle was measured under different rotational speeds before installing the CBN grinding wheel and after installing the CBN grinding wheel. By analyzing the experiment result,the feasibility of the three points dynamic balance method in the low rotational speeds was proved and the adoptability of VT dynamic balance apparatus in the high rotational speeds was proved. According to experiment result,the result of dynamic balance, the rigidity of the grinding wheel shelf and the install precision of motorized spindle were analyzed.
