【摘要】 [目的 ]开发研制护理信息系统(NIS) ,改进护理质量评价体系 ,并应用于病区护理工作质量控制及评价管理 ,为临床护理管理提供综合考核数据依据。 [方法 ]对临床护理指标考核评价 ,代入计算公式 ,得出数据 ,进行统计学分析。 [结果 ]使用该系统软件以来 ,各项护理工作耗时明显缩短、质量指标明显提高 ,使用前后的各项数据比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。[结论 ]系统突出了环节质量和内在质量的控制、实施全员护理质量管理 ,有效地改进了护理工作质量的评价 ,提高了整体护理质量和工作效率 ,构建了护士长更科学、规范、定量管理的护理管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to develop nursing information system (NIS), to improve assessment system of nursing quality, and to apply it in the management of nursing quality and assessment in wards, in order to provide comprehensive examination data basis for the management of clinical nursing care. Method: to examine and assess clinical nursing index and to make statistic analysis with the data by induced into calculating formula. Result: since the use of the systematic software,the work time of all kinds of nursing work were shortened obviously, the quality indexes of nursing have a remarkable increase, and there were statistical differences in all sorts of data before and after the use of systematic software(P<0.01).Conclusion: the system stands out the control on the quality of links and inward nursing care, carries out management of nursing quality of all staffs.All these have improved the quality of nursing care effectively, raised holistic nursing quality and working efficacy, and have built a nursing management mode,which is more scientific, standard and of quantitative management mode of head nurses.更多还原
