【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨院前急救护士心理健康状况及其影响因素。 [方法 ]运用症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表、焦虑特性询问表、生活事件量表及自编的一般情况调查表对 96名院前急救护士进行问卷调查分析。 [结果 ]院前急救护士心理健康水平低于一般人群 ,其中最突出的问题是人际关系敏感、躯体化、焦虑、强迫、敌对 ;多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示 :院前急救护士自评的心理问题与焦虑特性呈正相关 ;与急救工作时间、社会支持、职业认同感呈负相关。 [结论 ]对院前急救护士的心理健康问题应予高度重视 ,针对有关因素积极采取有效的干预措施 ,以维护护士的身心健康 ,促进急救护理专业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to probe into the mental health status of nurses engaged in pre-hospital rescue and its influencing factors. Method: a total of 96 nurses engaged in pre-hospital rescue were investigated by filling out symptoms self-evaluation scale, social support rating scale, anxiety property inquiring scale, life events scale and self-made general condition surveying scale. Result: mental health level of nurses engaged in pre-hospital rescue was lower than that of common group. Major mental problems of these nurses were sensitive to interpersonal relationship, somatization, anxiety, compulsion and hostility. The stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that psychological problems of nurses engaged in pre-hospital rescue were positively correlated with anxiety, but were negatively correlated with duration of engaged in rescuing, social support and occupational self-identity.Conclusion: it showed that mental health problems of nurses engaged in pre-hospital rescuing should be paid great attention. Effective intervention should be taken actively to maintain both physical and mental health of nurses and to accelerate the development of rescuing nursing cause in light of the related factors.更多还原
