碱式碳酸铅珠光颜料的挤水转相工艺研究
Study on the technology of basic lead carbonate pearlescent pigment by pushing process and inversing phase method
【摘要】 介绍了碱式碳酸铅珠光颜料乙二醇甲醚法挤水转相生产工艺,对影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:较佳的工艺条件为:以乙二醇甲醚 甲醇萃取,沉降时间7d,转相温度25~30℃,以清漆作为连接料,连接料与湿结晶的质量比为0.6,转相过程介质pH值6.5。亲水性表面活性剂TX 10或吐温 80,亲油性表面活性剂司本 60效果为好。
【Abstract】 The production technology of basic lead carbonate pearlescent pigment by pushing process, glycol methoxymethane method and inversing phase method were introduced. The effect factors were discussed. The suitable conditions for the technology are as follows: glycol and methanol are used as extracting agent, the sedimentation time was 7 d, the sedimentation temperature is 25~30℃, varnish is used as binder, the weight proportion of binder to wet crystal is 0.6∶1, the pH value is 6.5, hydrophilic surface active agent is TX-10 or tween-80, lipophilicity surface active agent is speen-60.
