【摘要】 本文从资源基础角度分析企业IT资源以及相应的IT能力的构成,分析信息技术可以成为企业竞争优势来源的动因。在此基础上提出了促成可持续竞争优势生成的技术、组织与管理、制度、学习与创新四个核心IT能力维度。最后,基于动力能力理论对资源基础理论的补充完善,相应地对IT能力的分析作进一步的补充研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The analysis of the components of IT resource and capability is based on the resource-based view,and also the causation of the enterprises’ sustainable competitive advantage.Then we provide four core IT capability dimensions of technology,organization and management,institution,learning and innovation.Finally,on the basis of the Dynamic Ability Theory which has improved and further developed RBV,the analysis of IT Capability is then improved.更多还原
