【Abstract】 We began with the means and the character of the traditional Industry and The New-high Technology Industry,then discussed the relationship between them,and introduced the experience about how to remake Traditional Industry by using New-high Technology in foreign country.At last we gave an example as remaking Traditional Industry of Xi’an by using New-high Technology.At that example,we analyzed the actuality of them and bottleneck of remaking Traditional Industry,then,in order to provide decision grounds and referrences for science administration departments of various level,we gave some advice on how to do that.更多还原
