【Abstract】 The reasonable utilization of locomotive is very important in the organization of railway transportation. It is the most common method that the fixed locomotive working with a shoulder-circuit locomotive routing in the fixed traction section. After proposed the concept of unfixed locomotive working, this article analyzed its benefit, and then gave the steps to solve this type question, which is followed with an example.
