【摘要】 迁徙自由是公民的基本人权,在我国经历了一个由肯定到否定再到一定程度的默认的发展过程。随着我国市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,户籍制度改革的深入,恢复迁徙自由已经势在必行。应该通过宪法确认、改革户籍制度和建立违宪审查制度,来实现我国的迁徙自由。更多还原

【Abstract】 Freedom of migration,being the essential human rights for citizens,has undergone a development from being accepted to negated and then to acquiesence to a certain degree in our country.With the setting-up and development of market economy in China,and the deepening of the reform in household registration system,it is imperative to resume freedom of migration by means of confirming it through the constitution,reforming household registration system and establishing a system of investigating constitutional violation.更多还原
