异型管辊挤成型过程的数值模拟与实验研究
FEM analysis and experiment study of non-mandrel double-pass roll extrusion process of shaped tube
【摘要】 采用非线性有限元数值模拟与实验的方法对异型管双道次无芯棒辊挤成型过程进行了研究。通过数值模拟,得到了成型过程中应力与变形的分布规律,以及成型后异型管的结构形状,并与实验结果进行了比较。利用作者建立的解析式计算了异型管辊挤成型过程的挤压力,实验与模拟的结果验证了理论计算的正确性。研究的结果对生产实际具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The non-mandrel roll extrusion process of shaped tube was simulated using nonlinear FEM software. The distribution and variation of stress and deformation as well as the shape of the tube after forming was obtained. The simulation results were compared with experiments results. The extrusion forces were calculated using the formula developed by authors and the results were proved by experiments and simulations. The study provides a useful base for the production practice.
