【Abstract】 Yongji City of Shanxi Province was taken as an example city in earthquake emergency response and rescue, within a community, by the Seismological Bureau of China in April, 2003. Some measures and experiences in setting up volunteer team for earthquake emergency response and rescue within a community are listed. It is thought that it is necessary to set up a disciplined volunteer team for earthquake emergency response and rescue, taking a community as a basic unit for earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation.更多还原
