【摘要】 2003年11月25日在山西省洪洞县甘亭镇发生了ML5.0地震,这次地震造成的灾害损失虽然不大,但对山西临汾市地震应急工作是一次有效的实战检验。介绍了这次地震的基本情况,包括震感、烈度分布、灾害损失以及震前、震后出现的宏、微观异常现象;就地震发生后的地震应急工作,从临汾市委、市政府采取的应急措施、地震应急现场工作队及全市地震部门的应急工作三方面进行了总结;得出了在这次地震应急工作中的经验、教训和启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 An earthquake of M_L5.0 occurred at Ganting Town of Hongtong County of Linfen City,Shanxi,on Nov.25,2002.The disaster caused by this earthquake was not very severe,but it is a practical inspection for capacity of Linfen City to response to earthquake emergency.In this paper, detailed sum-up are given.Firstly,earthquake situations are described,including shocked degree by people, distribution of intensity, disaster loss,and macroscopic and microscopic phenomena appeared before and after the earthquake.Secondly,earthquake emergency responses on three aspects are put on stress:including emergency measures taken by Communist Party Committee and government of Linfen City,field team for earthquake emergency response and earthquake emergency responses carried out by all departments for seismic affairs.Experiences and lessons got from earthquake emergency responses in this earthquake are given.更多还原
