【摘要】 概述在TD -SCDMA系统中 ,分析了移动终端从开机起 ,到发出第一个随机接入请求止 ,可分为下行同步捕获、系统信息读取、建立上行同步、随机接入 ,重点对移动台接入过程中TFCI进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The paper mainly discusses that the process is classed as downlink synchronization capture, reading system information, the building of uplink synchronization and random access on TD-SCDMA through the investigating of UE access. And on the basic of random access procedure, TFCI is mainly investigated in the access of TD-SCDMA.
