在U(t,t′)方法框架下局域态密度的计算
Calculation of Local Density of States in the Framework of U(t,t′) Methods
【摘要】 在U(t,t′)方法框架下,推导出对有单个缺陷势随时间作简谐变化的直流电场下驱动的紧束缚模型的单体格林函数.我们通过格林函数计算出了态密度,局域态密度的计算显示了在Wannier-Stark共振态之间有新的态出现.
【Abstract】 The single-particle Green’s function for a dc-biased tight-binding model with single impurity potential varying harmonically in time was obtained in the framework of method. The density of states was calculated through Green’s function .The calculation of the local density of states shows that the new state will emerge between the resonant Wannier-Stark states.
