酒糟和马粪质量对栽培双孢蘑菇的影响

【摘要】 研究了用酒糟栽培双孢蘑菇的可行性.当酒糟单独堆制发酵或与稻草一起发酵后都不能得到符合质量要求的培养料,证明酒糟不适合用来栽培双孢蘑菇.然而用酒糟作为主要饲料的马粪(简称2型马粪)则是一种效果很好的栽培原料.栽培实验结果表明:由2型马粪和稻草组成的培养料中的粪草比例(干重比)与双孢蘑菇产量之间呈极显著的负相关性(r=-0.9714),而由1型马粪(即以秸秆作为主要饲料的马粪)和稻草组成的培养料中的的粪草比例与双孢蘑菇产量之间则呈极显著的正相关性(r=0.9438).通过测定培养料中的菌丝胞外漆酶活性,证明马粪质量对双孢蘑菇产量的影响作用主要是靠影响菌丝生长实现的.

【Abstract】 Distiller’s grains were tested as a material for the mushroom Agarieus bisporus cultivation. The results showed that, after composting, the composts prepared both from the distiller’s grains and from the mixture of distiller’s grains and straw could not be used to cultivate the mushroom.However, one type of horse manure from the horse, who feed chiefly on the distiller’s grains (Type 2 horse manure) proved a good material for A.bisporus cultivation. The Type 2 horse manure differed from the horse manure produced by the horse who feed chiefly on millet straw (Type 1 horse manure) in many aspects, not only odor, color, density and nitrogen content but also the effects on cultivation. By comparing the yields with the ratios of horse manure to straw of 8 different compost formulations,there was a negative correlation (r=(-0.9714)) between the yields and the ratios of Type 2 horse manure to straw and there was a positive correlation ((r=0.9438)) between the yields the ratios of Type 1 horse manure to straw were found. By determined the extracellular laccase activity of mycelia, it was indicated that the effect of quality of horse manure on mushroom yields corresponded with that on mycelial growth in compost.
