【Abstract】 The effects of β-CD on hydrolysis rate constants(k) of fatty acid esters from 38 %(V/V) ethanol solution were studied by conductometry.The quantificational mathematic equation,k=k′/(1+AM),between hydrolysis rate constants(k) of esters and the concentration of β-CD(M) was deduced.The result showed that β-CD inhibited the hydrolysis reaction of fatty acid ester.更多还原
