【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> Starting from a review of resident status, the authors, on observing the general situation of private finance development in China, put forward policy suggestion for the rapid liberalization of Chinese banking industry. By citing the experience of banking privatization in Taiwan Province, the authors argue that lessons should be drawn in respects of market access criteria, banking supervision and regulation, design of exit mechanism for banks so as to facilitate the steady growth of private banks.更多还原
