【Abstract】 Tocpherols were important lipophilic antioxidanrs.Four isomers,including α-tocpherol,β-tocpherol,γ-tocpherol and -tocpherol,were mainly synthesized at the inner chloroplast envelope of higher plants from the precursor homogentisic acid(HGA).Tocpherols were believed to play an important antioxidant role and widely used in the system of medicine and food.Developing and extracting natural tocpherols have been already more concerned and valued.更多还原
