【摘要】 以小麦赤霉病病菌(Fusariumgraminerum)、油菜菌核病病菌(Sclerotiniascleotiorum)、棉花黄萎病病菌(Verticilliumdahli-ae)、苹果炭疽病病菌(Glomarellacingulata)、甜瓜蔓枯病病菌(Mycosphaerellamelonis)为供试病原菌,采用琼胶平板法对月腺大戟根部丙酮提取物进行了离体抑菌活性测定;月腺大戟根部提取物样品供试质量浓度分别设为0.05g/mL,0.1g/mL,0.2g/mL,0.4g/mL四个梯度。测定结果表明:不同浓度月腺大戟根部丙酮提取物对5种供试病原菌均表现为很强的抑菌作用,该研究为月腺大戟根部进一步开发植物性农药提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anti-fungal activities of root extracts on Euphorbia ebracteolata were tested with Fusarium graminerum,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Verticillium dahliae, Glomerella cingulata,Myphaerella melonis.The concentrations of sample for test extracted from acetone were 0.05g/mL,0.1 g/mL,0.2 g/mL,0.4 g/mL.The result showed that the root extracts from Euphorbia ebracteolata had strong antifungal activities,and the experiment evidence was provided for developing vegetable pesticide on the root of Euphorbia ebracteolata.更多还原
