【Abstract】 Apoptosis could be detected qualitatively and quantitatively using morphological,biochemistry,immunological and molecular biological methods which developed from cell,chromatin and molecular level.These techniques could describe the characters marked the course of apoptosis.Apoptosis was a complicated biological phenomenon and its detection methods need to be sensitive,specific and accurate.All the methods could be combined to detect cell apoptosis effectively.更多还原
