【Abstract】 The conventional methods used in the identifications of the changes in the expression and living activity of genes in cell strain and tissue were reviewed here. A variety of methods have been developed for analyzing mRNA expression. Among these techniques, Northern blot, ribonuclease protection assay(RPA), real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RQ-PCR), which are based on differentially screening and hybridization technology, have been applied most frequently.更多还原
