利用生物技术进行种质改良的基本原理及主要应用技术

【摘要】 作物种质资源是一种重要的生物资源,具有独特的属性和非常重要的作用。生物技术的发展为作物种质资源的改良提供了更多的途径。本文试图综合前人成果,对细胞工程和基因工程在作物种质资源改良中的应用进行概述,以期为相关研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Crop germplasm resources is a kind of important bioresources. With its particular property, it is very important for human beings. The development of biotechnology opened more says for the advances of crop germplasm resources. Based upon the summary of previous work, this paper is focusted upon the application of cellular engineering and genetic transformation in the improvemet of crop, especially in the germplasm resources of ornamental plants.
