【Abstract】 By the marking method of RAPD we analysed the dwarfing and early ripening kaoliang mutant which got from space shuttle. After selected the compatible kaoliang primer from plentiful corn primers,we gained four polymorphic fragments from thirty one random primers. This reflected the genetic difference of the mutant.更多还原
