【Abstract】 In order to get a L-histidine producer,original strain Corynebacterium glutamicum S₉₁₁₄,was mutated by N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosaguanidine and DES times,cultured on the minimum medium contained D-histidine,through fermentation and detdeted,finally a strain named S6（D-his^r） was picked out which can produce L-his 327mg/L.The product was increased 47.3% more than S₉₁₁₄.更多还原
