高浓度琼脂糖电泳分离差异显示PCR产物方法探讨
A Method for Isolating DDRT-PCR Products using Agarose Gel Electrophoresis
【摘要】 荧光差异显示技术(fluorescentdifferentialdisplay,FDD)的操作成本及对仪器和试剂盒的依赖性高,限制了该技术的应用。介绍一种使用高浓度琼脂糖电泳方法显示荧光差异显示PCR扩增结果的简便方法,该方法在筛选低钙与足钙处理条件下花生胚胎的差异表达基因中得到了较好的结果。
【Abstract】 It was difficult for the technology of fluorescent differential display(FDD) to apply widely because of its expensive and its excessively dependences on the special machine and Kit. A simplified method for isolating DDRT-PCR products using agarose Gel electrophoresis was discussed in this paper, which had been successfully used in screening the differentially displayed cDNA fragments from sufficient and deficient calcium peanut embryos.
