【摘要】 肾脏千细胞是成体干细胞研究中最晚最新的,目前肾脏干细胞的研究也限定在发育中的 胚胎肾,对胚胎肾干细胞的来源和定位的研究处于探索起步阶段。大量研究证明,胚性肾脏干细 胞来源于输尿管芽诱导后的后肾间充质。胚性肾发育中主要的基因和转录因子可提供鉴定肾脏 干细胞的标志分子。胚胎肾干细胞发育时,渗透压、氧压等多种因素组成的微环境提示髓质部可 能是成体干细胞存在区域,肾乳头部为千细胞的壁龛。实验证明肾外组织对成体肾有修补作用。 通过对胚胎肾发育和成体肾修复的细胞和分子机制进一步了解肾脏干细胞。

【Abstract】 Stem cells in kidney is the lastest studying-center of adult stem cells. Recent study of renal stem cells were restricted in embryonic kidney of the developing process. The research of resource and location of kidney stem cells have been in the first-step exploring. Numerous experiments show that embryonic renal stem cells were drived from metanephric mesenchyma which induced by ureteric buds. During embryonic kidney developed, primary genes and transcription factors would be as the marker which identified renal stem cells. When embryonic renal stem cells developed, the microenvironments, which constituted by many factors including the osmotic pressure and oxygenic pressure, imply that the adult renal stem cells may reside in the renal medulla,and the renal papilla may be the niche for adult kidney stem cells. Trials have proved that extra-renal cells involved in the repairs after adult kidney had damaged. It can help us further realizing renal stem cells by the mechanisms and many factors participated the developing of embryonic kidney and the repairing of adult kidney.
