【摘要】 分析了延迟焦化分馏塔顶及其冷凝冷却系统设备管线腐蚀情况,介绍了SH-2000水溶性缓蚀剂的性能以及2003年SH-2000缓蚀剂在分馏塔顶系统工业应用情况。腐蚀监测结果显示:该缓蚀剂能有效的抑制焦化塔顶系统设备管线的腐蚀,使塔顶冷凝水中铁离子流失量稳定控制在3.00mg/L以下,起到了良好的防护效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The corrosion of delayed coker fractionator overhead and the equipment and pipelines in the condensation system is analyzed.The performance and the commercial application of SH-2000 water soluble corrosion inhibitor in the overhead system of the fractionator are described . The corrosion monitoring shows that the inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of the equipment and piping in the overhead system of the coker fractionator and keep the iron ion in the overhead condensate down to less than 3.00 mg/1.
