【Abstract】 In order to reduce the development cycle and cost of products and improve the quality,the CAE technology is being used more and more in mould design of injection molding.Taking a shell of digital camera for example,the gate locations and numbers of plastic part in injection molding process are fixed on by comparing analysis results,and the runner systems are optimized.The best molding project is chosen by filling uniformity,unobvious weld line and centralizing air traps.It provides a reference to the method of applying CAE technology to injection molding.更多还原
