CAE技术在数码相机注塑模设计中的应用

【摘要】 为缩短产品开发周期,降低成本及提高产品质量,CAE技术越来越多地运用在注塑成型的模具设计中。以数码相机的外壳为例,通过比较分析结果来确定制品注塑成型中的浇口位置和数量,并对浇注系统进行了优化。选择出充模均匀、熔接痕不明显和气穴位置集中的成型方案,为探讨注塑成型应用CAE的方法提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the development cycle and cost of products and improve the quality,the CAE technology is being used more and more in mould design of injection molding.Taking a shell of digital camera for example,the gate locations and numbers of plastic part in injection molding process are fixed on by comparing analysis results,and the runner systems are optimized.The best molding project is chosen by filling uniformity,unobvious weld line and centralizing air traps.It provides a reference to the method of applying CAE technology to injection molding.
