成核剂对挤出SPVC发泡体系性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了成核剂对软聚氯乙烯(SPVC)发泡材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在同一条件下,成核剂含量对SPVC发泡体系拉伸性能的影响是非常显著的,SPVC发泡体系的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和达到断裂力点的能量均随成核剂含量的变化有一极大值,而其拉伸弹性模量则随成核剂含量的增加而单调升高。

【Abstract】 The effect of the content of nucleate agent on the mechanical properties of soft poly(vinyl-chloride)(SPVC) foamed material was investigated.The results showed that the content of (nucleate) agent had distinct influence on the mechanical properties of SPVC foamed material in the same condition.Certain properties,such as tensile strength,elongation at break and energy at break point (demonstrated) a maximum with the increase of the content of nucleate agent in SPVC foamed (system),while the elastic modulus in tension rose monotonously with the increase of the content of (nucleate) agent.
