反应精馏法催化合成乙酸丁酯
Reactive Distillation Synthesis of Butylacetate Catalyzed by Sulfuric Acid
【摘要】 实验研究了反应精馏法催化合成乙酸丁酯系列工艺条件,发现该方法具有生产工艺简单、反应条件温和、反应时间短、产品中副产物少、转化率高、产品质量较好,且可以在反应的同时,对产物进行有效的分离等优点。最佳工艺条件:催化剂硫酸的用量占总投料量的5‰(w)、釜温控制115℃、柱温控制115℃、乙酸和正丁醇投料比1∶1.3(mol比)、回流比为1∶1、反应时间为1h、反应床层高度为90cm时,乙酸的转化率可达到100%。
【Abstract】 It is studied that the process conditions of reactive distillation-synthesis of butylacetate, there are many advantages including simplicity in product treatment, mild reaction condition,little byproduct,short reaction time, high conversion ratio and the good product quality; it can separated from reaction product at the same time. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: catalyst amount, reaction time,reaction temperature,height of bed, material ratio and circumfluence ratio are 5‰,1h,115℃,90cm,1:1.3 and 1:1. The conversion ratio of acetic acid in the synthesis of butylacetate is up to 100%.
