LAC型催化剂在20kt/a芳构化装置上的应用及改进
The Application and Reforming of the LAC Catalyst in the 20 kt/a Straight-run Gasoline Aromatization Unit
【摘要】 介绍了LAC型直馏汽油芳构化催化剂的性能特点,及其在广西田东石油化工总厂20kt/a直馏汽油芳构化装置的装填使用和运行情况。标定数据表明,LAC型芳构化催化剂具有很高的活性和稳定性,所产汽油辛烷值(RON)大于90,是90#无铅汽油的优良调合组分,产品收率(液化气+汽油)达93.29%。对操作方案和部分管线改造后,确保反应周期达15天,有效解决了反应器阀门泄漏问题,氮气消耗量从95040m3/a降为500m3/a仅为原来的0.5%;催化剂再生时间从144h降为72h;催化剂再生用电1.75×105kWh/a,仅为原来的50%,节约操作费用1.02×106元/a。
【Abstract】 Fill-up, property and running state of the LAC catalyst in 20kt/a straight-run gasoline aromatization unit of Guangxi Tiandong General Petrochemical Works are introduced. The evaluation data indicated that the LAC catalyst possess higher activity and stability, the gasoline that produced by straight-run gasoline aromatization, its octane number (RON) is higher than 90, and it is a suitable blending feed to 90~# lead-free gasoline,the produced rate(gasoline+LPG) up to 93.29%. After the reforming of the operating project and process lines, the leaking of the valve of the reactor is solved effectively, and the consumptions of the nitrogen are reduced from 95 040m~3/a to 500 m~3/a, the time for catalyst regenerated is reduced from 144h to 72h. The consumptions of the electricity for catalyst regenerated are 1.75×10~5 kWh/a, it is 50% of the initial consumption. Running cost are saved 1.02×10~6 yuan/a .
