催化裂化多产柴油催化剂的研究进展
The Development of FCC Catalysts for More Diesel
【摘要】 催化裂化增产柴油是炼油厂增产柴油的重要途径,而催化剂的开发是增产柴油技术的关键之一。介绍了目前催化裂化多产柴油催化剂的研究现状,对载体、分子筛和助剂对多产柴油的影响进行了考察。根据本课题组做的一些前期摸索试验,提出了把低碳烯烃齐聚反应催化剂引入到催化裂化反应当中,使之与催化裂化催化剂耦合达到多产柴油的目的。
【Abstract】 FCC is a major process for increasing diesel fuel production in refineries, while the development of catalysts is the key approach. In this paper, the research developmenu of FCC catalysts for producing more diesel and the influence of support,zeolite and additive was were discussed. At the same time, we bring forward the coupling of FCC and olefin oligomerization to produce more diesels.
