降酚菌株DP4降解苯酚的性能及降解动力学研究
Study on the Performances and Degrading Kinetics of One Degrading-phenol Strain
【摘要】 研究了一株对苯酚具有较高降解能力的微生物菌株DP4降解苯酚的性能及其降解动力学规律。结果表明:该降酚菌株以苯酚为唯一碳源生长, 500mg/l的含酚模拟废水中苯酚降解率在36h内达到100%;而对于1 000mg/l的含酚模拟废水,苯酚降解率在48h达到97%。菌株DP4降解苯酚的反应过程符合Monod一级不可逆动力学模型。
【Abstract】 In this work, one strain of phenol-degrading bacteria was isolated from the polluted sludge. We studied its performance of degrading phenol and the degrading kinetics model. The results show that the strain uses phenol as sole carbon source, and degrades phenol up to 100% in the phenol concentration of 500mg/L within 36 hours, to 97% in the concentration of 1000mg/L, within 48 hours. The course of degrading phenol of the strain accords with the Monod model.
