藻胆蛋白与血卟啉衍生物光敏剂的光毒性比较

【摘要】 目的:比较藻胆蛋白和血卟啉衍生物光敏剂的光动力杀伤和光毒性作用,并从理论上分析吸收光谱特性和光敏作用之间的关系。方法:采用吸收光谱面积的计算方法和MTT法检测光照后培养细胞存活率。结果:3种藻胆蛋白的光敏毒性从大到小依次为藻红蛋白、藻蓝蛋白和别藻蓝蛋白,均较血卟啉光敏剂有较弱的日光光敏毒性,光谱分析的理论计算数值和实验结果基本相符。结论:藻胆蛋白,尤其是别藻蓝蛋白和血卟啉光敏剂相比,有较弱的光敏毒性,适合开发成新型的光敏药物。

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the phototoxity for phycobiliproteins and haematoporphyrin Derivative(HPD)by theoretical analysis and experimental evaluation.Methods:Absorption areas were calculated for theoretical evaluation of photosensitizers phototoxity and MTT assay was used to detect the cell survival rates in culture after treatment with photosensitizers.Results: It arrived at the same results for experimental evaluation and calculation theroretically.The three kinds of phycobiliproteins had less phototoxity than HPD and photofrin,and it was phycoerythrin,phycocyanin and allophycocyanin in turn from low to high phototoxity.Conclusion: The phycobiliproteins,especial for allphycocyanin have less phototoxity than haematoporphyrin derivative.And it is a powerful candidate for new photo-drug development.
