龙须菜多糖的提取、分离及抗氧化活性的研究

【摘要】 对龙须菜多糖的最适提取工艺条件、分离方法及其抗氧化活性进行了研究. 结果表明: 提取多糖的最适条件为浸提温度90℃, 浸提时间4 h, 料水比1∶100. 分别经DEAE 纤维素离子交换层析柱和Sephadex 100层析柱分离, 均显示出提取的多糖含有3种以上组分. 抗氧化实验显示该多糖对Fenton体系产生的·OH自由基具有较强的清除能力.

【Abstract】 The hot water extraction of the polysaccharide from Gracilaria Lemaneiformis was studied.The effects of three factors such as the temperature of extraction,the time of extraction and the ratio of material-water were investigated.The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows:adding 100 times water as much as lamaneiformis in 90℃ for 4 hours.The polysaccharide was further processed by alcohol-precipitating and protein-depositing with chlor-acetic acid.The results of DEAE column chromatography and Sephadex G-100 column chromatography showed that there were at least 3 kinds of polysaccharides in Lemaneiformis.The result of the antioxidation experiment indicated that the polysaccharide had rather strong scavenging activity on hydroxyl radical(·OH).
