分子筛催化剂制备条件对催化转化NO的影响
Effect of Preparation Conditions on the Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO over Cu-Na-ZSM-5 Catalysts
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备CuNaZSM5催化剂 ,用C3H6 作还原剂 ,考察了贫燃条件下不同Cu2 +担载量、不同硅铝的量比和不同焙烧温度对CuNaZSM5催化剂上选择还原NO的活性影响 ,并与CuSAPO1 1、CuSAPO34和CuAl2 O3进行比较 .实验结果表明 ,硅铝量比为2 5、担载Cu2 +的质量分数为 3%、 5 0 0℃焙烧制得的CuNaZSM5分子筛催化剂具有较好的催化活性 ,反应温度为 350℃时 ,NO转化率高达 94. 3% .
【Abstract】 The CuNaZSM5 was prepared by impregnation method. The effects of Cu 2+ loading weight, N(Si/Al) ratio and calcining temperature on catalytic activity of NO reduction with propene(C 3H 6) as reductant in the presence of excess oxygen were investigated,and CuNaZSM5(N(Si/Al)) was compared with CuSAPO11, CuSAPO34 and CuAl 2O 3 on catalytic activity. The result indicated that CuNaZSM5 with N(Si/Al) ratio 25 by 3% Cu 2+ loaded, and 500℃calcined, was higher catalytic activity, and NO conversion was 94.13% at 350℃.
