【摘要】 森林资源是林业生产和林业可持续发展的物质基础,掌握森林资源基本状况是实现森林资源科学有效管理的依据。述及以泉州市为例,开发研究基于ArcIMS的WebGIS平台的森林资源信息管理系统的工作。森林资源信息管理系统的建立,实现了在互联网环境下对区域森林资源的查询、统计以及动态更新。系统严格遵守国家数字林业规范和标准,为系统的扩展提供接口,并实现与“数字林业”、“数字福建”等的行业或区域信息化建设的横向与纵向对接。更多还原

【Abstract】 The work of developing the forest resource management information system based on WebGIS is dealt with,which offers effective means and technology for forest resource management and its sustainable development.The forest resource management information system is a key part of Quanzhou forest fire fighting direct system.This systematic development divides into the management information system of forest reserves and the data base system.Setting-up of the regional forest resource information management system under the Internet environment achieved the goals of inquiry,statistics and updating wood resource information in time,dynamic monitoring and objectively appreciation.The work is an attempt for realizing the digital forestry and digital Fujian.更多还原
