多源卫星生态环境遥感数据的融合方法比较

【摘要】 运用厦门本岛的SPOT-5全色波段数据和LANDSAT-7多光谱数据、德化地区的JERS-1雷达数据和LANDSAT-7多光谱数据,通过对两组多源遥感数据融合方法—IHS变换和主成分分析(PCA)进行试验和比较分析。试验表明,PCA变换的结果保留更多ETM图像的色彩信息,但纹理细节被光滑,图像清晰度低于IHS变换的结果。而IHS变换则更好地保留SPOT图像的纹理信息,但色彩信息不如PCA方法来得丰富。在实际的遥感数据融合中,应根据不同的目的和需求,从具体领域出发,选择合适的融合方法,才能取得好的效果。

【Abstract】 Data fusion is a currently hot spot in the field of remote sensing application.France SPOT-5 panchromatic image(spatial resolution is 2.5 m)in March 7,2002,and the U.S.LANDSAT-7 ETM543 multi-spectrum image(spatial resolution is 30 m)in July 26,2003 in Xiamen Island and JERS-1 radar data(spatial resolution is 12.5 m)in December 24,1996 and the U.S.LANDSAT-7 ETM543 multi-spectrum image in July 26,2003 in Defa district are used and processed.Two methods on multi-source data fusion of remote sensing are introduced and experimented-HIS(Intensify-Hue-Saturation)and PCA(Principal Component Analysis).By experiments and contrasts,the two methods are analyzed.Results indicate that each method has different characteristics.PCA shift method could remain more color information from ETM image,and grains are smoothed,while HIS shift method could remain more grain information from SPOT image but lose more color information.Considering from different applied areas,the performance evaluation results of fusion images can be acquired differently.So different fusion methods should the adopted according to practical conditions and applied areas and applied aims.
