【Abstract】 The problem about the food safety such as pesticide remains in food is more and more serious, and therefore much attention has been paid to the application of rapid detection. Rapid detections for pesticide remains that are widely used now such as vital analysis, chemical analysis, enzyme inhibiting analysis, immunity analysis, instrumental analysis are presented.
