溶菌酶的活性测定
Determination of lysozyme activity
【摘要】 考察比浊法测定溶菌酶的活性,对可能出现的结果差异进行分析,提出实际操作中测定未知样溶菌酶活性的方法。
【Abstract】 Turbridimetric assay was investigated to determine the specific activity of lysozyme. The difference between the experimental values and the referenced ones was analyzed, and then the applicable method to determine the specific activity of unknown samples was brought out.
