改良苯酚-硫酸法测定苦瓜多糖含量
Determination of momordica charantia L. polysaccharide by improved phenol-sulfuric acid method
【摘要】 建立苦瓜多糖的测定方法。采用精制苦瓜多糖测得苦瓜多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子后,用苯酚-硫酸法测定苦瓜中多糖的含量。利用分光光度法测定苦瓜多糖的方法属化学方法,操作简便、快速、准确,可作为苦瓜原料及苦瓜制品质量评价方法。
【Abstract】 A stable and simple method to measure the content of momordica charantia L. polysaccharide was established: after the conversion coefficient of polysaccharide to glucose was obtained, the content of polysaccharide was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the quality evaluation of momordica charantia material and products.
