【Abstract】 In recent years, great progresses have been made on the study of milk-derived bioactive peptides. These peptides were of great physical importance, and more and more attentions were attached to these peptides. So far, many kinds of these active peptides have been found. In recent years, most researches focus on antimicrobial peptides which can strengthen the resisting the microbial ability of organism and have a wide antibacterial spectrum. They could improve the antimicrobial function of human, especially to neonates. The further studies and the exploitation would be of great importance.更多还原
