中国食品安全的立法思考
Chinese law legislation with food safety discussion
【摘要】 介绍我国食品安全现状和立法概况,分析当前我国食品卫生安全立法中存在的问题,同时针对这些问题提出了食品安全立法的相应对策。
【Abstract】 This article briefly introduces the current status of Chinese food safety and related safety law legislation, analyzes the issues for current food safety legislation and at the time, proposes countermeasures for these issues.
