小波分析在铁路货车滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用
Diagnosing the Rolling Bearing Defects with Cargo Train Using Wavelet Analysis
【摘要】 铁路车辆滚动轴承故障的不解体诊断,对于提高轴承诊断效率,减轻操作人员的劳动强度和保证铁路运输的安全是至关重要的。采用小波分解和重构的方法,通过对滚动轴承出现外圈剥落情况下振动信号的分析,说明这种方法可以有效地用于滚动轴承的故障诊断。
【Abstract】 Testing on rolling bearing faults without disassembling is very important for improving the efficiency of fault testing, reducing workload and increasing safety of railway transportation. The method of wavelet decomposition and reconstruction is used to analyze the shock signals under the outer race faults in rolling bearings. It is confirmed that the theory and method is right and feasible and can be used in fault diagnosis of ball bearings.
