配气相位对柴油机动力性的影响
Influence of Valve Phases on Power Performance of Diesels
【摘要】 以N485Q柴油发动机样机进行实验,先测出柴油机在正常技术状态下的性能参数。然后依次装上不同偏位角的4个偏住键,以改变发动机的配气相位,分别测出配气相位提前或落后1.5°、3.5°、5.5°、7°时的发动机性能参数,并与正常技术状态下的性能参数相比较,得出配气相位提前或落后对发动机动力性的影响规律。并以配气相位为变化依据,绘出该N485Q柴油机的配气相位调整曲线。
【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out on diesel engine N485Q as an example. The performance parameters were measured under normal technology state of the diesel engine firstly. Then the four displacement keys were assembled in the diesel engine in order to change the valve timing. The performance parameters were tested ahead or behind valve timing of 1.5°, 3.5°, 5.5°, 7° of the diesel engine and compared with the parameters under normal technology conditions. Based on the change of valve timing, the influence regularity of valve timing on power performance of diesel engine is given, and the valve timing adjusting performance curves are plotted in the paper.
