【摘要】 目的:总结应用MEBT/MEBO治疗小儿深度烧伤的护理方法与措施。方法:对128例4个月～12岁深度烧伤患儿全部应用MEBT/MEBO治疗,同时做好休克期、创面、心理,营养支持等环节的护理。结果:128例烧伤患儿治愈127例,占99.22%,好转1例,占0.78%,总有效率100%。结论:小儿深度烧伤应用MEBT/MEBO治疗,配合合理正确的护理方法,可提高治愈率,促进创面再生修复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sum up the experience in the nursing of deeply burned children treated with MEBT/MEBO. Method: 128 children with deep burn, aged from 4 months to 12 years were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Nursing measures for every link in the treatment were taken, including shock stage nursing, wound and psychological nursing and nutrition support, etc. Result: 127 out of the 128 children were cured (99.22%) and one child turned better (0.78%), the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very effica- cious in treating pediatric deep burn. Rational and effective nursing work can promote the curative rate and wound healing.更多还原
