【摘要】 目的 :寻求操作简单 ,损伤小的皮瓣修复褥疮。方法 :运用远端为真皮脂肪瓣 ,近端为筋膜皮瓣的复合皮瓣修复褥疮。结果 :治愈 2 6例 ,一期愈合情况升高 ,修复后外形良好。结论 :此法较以往单纯应用各种皮肤组织瓣具有手术简单 ,清创范围小 ,节省组织量 ,供瓣区可不用另取组织修复等特点 ,手术效果均较满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find an easy and simple method for skin flap repair of bedsore. Method: A mixed skin flap with dermis fat flap at the distal end and fascial skin flap at the proximal end was used for the repair of the bedsore. Result: 26 cases were cured. The percentage of the wounds healed by 1 st intention was high. The appearance was good. Conclusion: This method is easier and simpler compared with using skin flaps alone. The wound debridement area is small. The donor site needs not repair. The results of the operation are satisfactory.更多还原
