【摘要】 目的 :运用护理程序设计大面积烧伤病人接受湿性医疗技术 (MEBT/MEBO)治疗的综合护理计划并实施整体护理。方法 :由责任护士为新入院病人根据病人病情提出护理诊断、预期目标、实施护理措施。结果 :烧伤面积为31%～ 80 %的TBSA的 80例患者均平稳渡过休克期。结论 :将护理程序这一科学的工作方法 ,贯穿于大面积烧伤休克期病人的整体护理全过程中 ,是成功抢救大面积烧伤病人必不可少的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To use the nursing program for designing a comprehensive plan for the nursing of patients with large area burn receiving MEBT treatment at the shock stage. Method: The nurse in charge of the nursing work used this nursing program to design a comprehensive nursing plan for the each patient, according to case condition. It includes nursing diagnosis, predicted target, nursing measures, etc. Result: 80 patients with burn area 31% to 80%TBSA tied over the shock stage smoothly. Conclusion: Nursing program is a scientific working method. It covers all the nursing work throughout the shock stage.
