【摘要】 目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的临床疗效。方法 :乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死范围确定后 ,剪去坏死皮瓣 ,创面应用湿润暴露疗法。结果 :2 3例患者经湿润烧伤膏治疗后全部治愈 ,疗程最短 2周 ,最长 6周。结论湿润烧伤膏具有抗感染、改善微循环、清除坏死组织、促进创面愈合等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating skin flap necrosis after mammectomy. Method: The necrotic flaps were removed and the MEBO was applied onto the wounds. Result: 23 cases of this disease were cured after MEBO treatment. The treating course was 2 to 6 weeks. Conclusion: MEBO has the effects of anti-infection, improving microcirculation, promoting removal of necrotic tissue and wound healing.更多还原
