MEBT/MEBO治疗皮肤爆粉症临床观察
Clinical observation on MEBT/MEBO treatment of skin traumato tattoo
【摘要】 目的 :对新鲜的皮肤爆粉症采用特殊的清创方法及湿润暴露疗法 (MEBT/MEBO) ,观察其与传统方法治疗的结果有何不同。方法 :新鲜皮肤爆粉症患者经过对创面进行首次彻底清创术后 ,采用MEBT/MEBO ,然后进行反复多次床头清创 ,直到创面愈合。结果 :2 5例患者均于 7天～ 15天愈合 ,其皮肤光洁 ,没有色素癍和皮肤瘢痕。结论 :MEBT/MEBO可以一次性治愈皮肤爆粉症 ,能防止色素癍和皮肤瘢痕形成。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in association with special debridement in treating traumato tattoo. Method: Patients with fresh traumato tattoo were firstly treated with thoroughly debridement and then MEBT/MEBO was applied. Repeated bedside debridement was conducted until the wounds healed. Result: All the 25 patients were cured in 7 to 15 days. The skin was smooth and bright. No pigmented spot and no scar formed. Conclusion: Skin traumato tattoo can be healed after treated with MEBT/MEBO for only one time and associated with repeated debridement. Skin pigment spot and scar formation can be prevented.
