微波辐射下交联壳聚糖树脂的制备及其吸附性能
Preparation of Resins Under Microwave Irradiation and Their Properties of Adsorbing for Metal Ions
【摘要】 在稀醋酸溶液中,微波辐射下壳聚糖与Zn2+反应制备了壳聚糖Zn2+配合物,然后将制得的配合物与环氧氯丙烷在微波辐射下进行交联反应后,用稀酸除去Zn2+,合成了具有Zn2+孔穴的交联壳聚糖树脂.实验考察了该树脂对一些金属离子的吸附性能,并对影响树脂吸附性能的因素进行了研究.
【Abstract】 A cross-linked chitosan resin Zn(Ⅱ)cavity have been synthesized by forming chitosan coordination of Zn2+ ions as template in dilute acetic acid solution under microwave irradiation, and then by reacting the Zn2+-chitosan com- plexes with Epoxychoropropane as crosslinking agent under microwave irradiation, and removing off Zn2+ions with dilute acid .The adsorption capaciry for Zn2+,Cu2+,Ni2+and Co2+, the influences on the adsorption capacity have also been investigated.
